The FPSAC conference series focusses on algebraic and enumerative combinatorics and connections between these topics, other areas of mathematics, computer science, bioinformatics, and physics. This conference will focus on non-Markovian random walks, including models with long-memory effects produced by self-interaction or the influence of random media. These models provide a variety of complex large-scale disordered phenomena with motivations arising from fields such as physics, biology and engineering. Deep relations have emerged or are conjectured with quantum field theory, the KPZ universality class and the theory of Anderson localization. This meeting will emphasize non-reversible random walks in random environments and self-interacting random walks, for which fundamental questions have resisted repeated and persistent attempts to answer them.

This conference will gather together prominent set-theorists from all over the world to present recent important advances in the context of set-theoretic reflections and its surrounding themes; to discuss current and future applications of such set-theoretic methods in other mathematical disciplines; and to explore strategies for a proper and effective dissemination of the relevant set-theoretic developments to the wider mathematical community. The conference will also celebrate the 60th birthday of Joan Bagaria, whose work has substantially advanced and expanded both the theoretical apparatus and the applicability of the set-theoretic concept of reflection in other areas of mathematics.

The British Mathematical Colloquium has been the major general meeting for the pure mathematics community in the UK since 1949. In the last decade many natural and named problems in Finsler geometry were solved by mathematicians who do not consider Finsler geometry their main subject. Typically, these people work in Riemannian geometry, in the theory of dynamical systems including integrable systems and symplectic geometry, in the theory of PDE, or in metric (Alexandrov) geometry. The aim of this conference is to bring together these people, as well as experts in the Finsler geometry, to exchange ideas and combine methods in studying other problems in Finsler geometry.
